2nd Annual Mommy & Me

Janelle printed these cute little signs for all the different stations for the kids

Of course you can tell what station was Connors favorite-it was the cookie station, and he stayed there the majority of the time!

Here is Sarah setting up the ornament station!
Kaylee had such a great time this year. She was at the age where she could make the crafts on her own!

Santa came and read to all the kids, and then handed each kid a wrapped book. They really enjoyed it! It went so smooth with all the volunteers help!

Cousin's in Town

The kids had such a good time having their cousins Alyssa and Robert in town. We got to have a slumber party at our house and had so much fun. We miss having them around, so it was really nice to get to spend some time with them! Thanks for coming to visit!

Christmas Time With the Day's/Sunbury's

We got together with the Day's & Sunbury's to celebrate Christmas. Bobbi was so sweet to bring a gingerbread houses for each family to decorate. It turned into a competition between the mom's (while the boy's watched TV, and Abbi gave me a unfair advantage, by eating the frosting off Sarah's house, each time she put it on.)

Kaylee & mommy getting everything set up!

Kaylee making sure the candy was just perfect!

This was Connors first real time opening presents. He did not understand it at first, but once I started ripping it open he made sure to finish!

Kaylee had such a great time being with everyone. I know what everyone is thinking-is there anything she needs after her birthday...
Thanks again everyone! I had such a great time-just sad time is going by so fast, and the holiday season is almost over (again).

Kids sick at Christmas time

Is it inevitable that the kids always get sick at Christmas time?? Everyone has had colds for the last week, when we finally got that out of the house-Poor Connor boy is getting his eye teeth in. They are almost all the way through. Then the last 2 nights he has not slept at all, I take him to the doctor office, and he has 2 major ear infections. If it is not one thing it is another!

Kaylee's singing

So I was not able to get good snapshots of Kaylee's Christmas performance at church, but I was able to get a family picture to remember this wonderful moment. Kaylee did so good, and of course loved being on stage entertaining people!

Kids Pictures

Here are some pictures my good friend Janelle took of the kids. I know there are none of Jerry. He was super busy and very difficult to schedule with. So Janelle got the kids squeezed in to get a Christmas picture. So after the first of the year, we will get family pictures done together! The last one we had to through in for laughs. Brothers... don't you just love them!

Shower Gift

I love my new sewing machine!! Her are some goodies I made for my friends shower tomorrow. There are burp clothes, blanket, and tab small blanket. I also made 2 wipe case covers (but there is only 1 shown here). I really loved this fabric and was pleased with how it turned out!

Glendale Glitters

This was our first year going to Glendale Glitters. We had such a great time. Kaylee did not want to leave! We got to watch How the Grinch Stole Christmas on the big screen, have a hay ride to a live nativity scene & Christmas carol. I think Bobbi and Sarah were in awe of my singing capabilities! ha. ha. ha.

Decorating Gingerbread Houses!

We got together for Dinner at Nona's on Sunday. And for an activity, she had gingerbread houses & trees, for each family to decorate. We had such a great time! These are such great holiday memories to treasure! Thank you so much Nona & Dale....

Thanksgiving 2008

We had a very nice Thanksgiving at the Bernards house. They are always such good host, and I always get to leave with lots of left overs. Mary even got out her China, and let the kids eat off it. Now that was brave. This was Connors first year sitting at the big kid table. He did not eat anything but enjoyed sitting there. Until he tried to pull the table cloth off, then it was time to get down.
Kaylee kept taking pictures of Timmy. This was one of the ones, she wanted to take outside for good lighting.
Here is the chef at work!
Kaylee and Daddy!
Rachel pretending she was sleeping for the camera-lovely!

Grandpa Steve & Kaylee
So I asked Kaylee to pose, so I can get a picture of her turkey shirt she made, and she kept doing this weird thing with her legs.
Two of the best looking Turkeys I have ever seen. The one on the left is cooked in the oven, the one on the right was deep fried! Thanks Bernards, for inviting us!

Aunt Tracy's 40th Birthday

We had such a great time at Tracy's 40th birthday.
Mary, Rachel and I got together and make these tombstones and put them all over the tables as centerpieces. It was fun getting together with them to put them together. One was beloved mother, one beloved sister, one beloved wife, and so on...
Alyssa and Robert are so good with the kids. If Alyssa was not carrying around Connor, then she was taking care of Kaylee. Thank you for being so good with the kids.

Return to Neverland Birthday Party!

Here is our little Pirate & Fairy, for Kaylee's Neverland birthday party!

Connor was such a handsome pirate. He looked uncomfortable in his costume but he kept it on the whole time.

Here are some of Kaylee's friends from her preschool class
Look at the cute Peter Pan!

Yummy-candy! Gavin was the one to break the Pinata-Way to go!

Here is Kaylee's Tinkerbell cupcake cake!

Cupcake anyone?

Here are some of Kaylee's friends watching Kaylee open presents and eating cupcakes. My only regret, is I wish I would have taken a group picture of all the kids in their costumes, so I could have gotten all of her friends in the picture. Thank you everyone for coming and sharing in this day with us!
